All custom and monogrammed pieces are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please email hello@willowlaneliving.com with photos of the concern and we will gladly offer a replacement, re-do, or full refund.

Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition. To begin a return, please submit your request.
