Return Policy

Custom painted pieces are final sale.

Ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact hello@willowlaneliving.com within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return shipping label. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received.

If your custom order arrives damaged in any way, please contact hello@willowlaneliving.com with photos of the item within 7 days of delivery.
